Rewimi 개인정보처리방침

개인정보 처리 주체는 마피넛입니다. 개인정보 및 서비스 문의 창구는 마피넛 Rewimi 운영 담당(akdangkoala@gmail.com)입니다. 사업자 정보는 이용약관에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

2. 선택적 이메일 회원가입

회원가입은 만 16세 이상 이용자에게 제공하며, 생년월일을 수집하지 않고 가입 조건 충족 여부를 확인합니다. 이메일 인증번호로 가입·로그인하며 비밀번호나 소셜 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 기본 재생은 가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 결제와 AI 기능은 비활성 상태입니다.

동의하지 않으면 인증메일 발송과 회원가입을 진행할 수 없지만 무료 재생은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 가입 정보는 광고 발송이나 듣기 기록 분석에 사용하지 않습니다. 계정으로 기기 간 듣기 기록을 동기화하지 않습니다. 자동 삭제 작업에 장애가 발생하면 복구 후 지연된 삭제를 처리합니다. 메일 제공자의 전송 기록과 DB 복구본은 아래 설명처럼 별도로 남을 수 있습니다.

3. 위탁 및 회원 인증정보의 국외 이전

회원 인증을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다. 인증 요청과 계정 이용 시 암호화된 네트워크 통신으로 이전하며, 가입 화면에서 국외 이전에 대한 동의를 별도로 받습니다. 동의 거부는 체크하지 않는 방법으로, 철회는 회원 탈퇴 또는 문의 이메일로 할 수 있습니다. 거부·철회 시 회원 기능을 제공할 수 없지만 비회원 무료 재생은 가능합니다.

Neon, LLC (Databricks 계열) — 미국
회원 DB 운영. 이메일·언어·계정 식별자·동의 기록과 인증·요청 제한 기록을 미국 동부(us-east-1)에 저장합니다. 계정 생성·인증·조회·삭제 때 TLS로 전송됩니다. 운영 DB 보유기간은 위 2항과 같습니다. 삭제 후 복구용 기록에는 제공자의 복구 보관 창이 적용됩니다. Free 요금제의 기본 시점 복구 창은 6시간이며, 이를 모든 내부 백업의 완전 삭제 기한으로 보장하지 않습니다. 복구 시 삭제 요청을 다시 적용합니다. 문의: privacy@databricks.com. 제공자 개인정보 안내, 데이터 처리 조건.
Resend, Inc. — 일본(발송), 미국(저장)
인증메일 전송과 전달 상태 확인. 인증 요청 시 이메일 주소, 인증번호가 포함된 메일 내용, 언어 및 전송 상태 정보가 HTTPS로 전달됩니다. 현재 발송 지역은 도쿄이며 이메일·로그는 미국에서 30일 보관됩니다. 백업 보관은 7일입니다. 회원 탈퇴만으로 전송 업체의 기록이 즉시 삭제되지는 않으며 조기 삭제가 필요하면 운영자가 업체에 요청합니다. 문의: privacy@resend.com. 처리 지역·보유기간 안내, 데이터 처리 조건.
Vercel Inc. — 미국(회원 API 처리)
가입·로그인 요청의 이메일·인증번호·동의 및 세션 정보를 미국 서버에서 처리하고 Neon·Resend에 전달합니다. 요청 때 HTTPS로 이전되며 앱은 인증번호나 토큰을 로그에 기록하도록 구현하지 않았습니다. 별도 회원 DB 보관은 Neon에서 수행하고, 접속·보안 기록은 아래 호스팅 안내에 따릅니다. 문의: privacy@vercel.com.

4. 기타 외부 서비스·국외 처리

Vercel Inc.: 호스팅·서버 운영을 위해 접속·요청 정보가 서비스 이용 시 네트워크로 전송됩니다. 현재 서버 함수 실행 지역은 미국이며, 콘텐츠 전달망과 하위 처리업체에 따라 다른 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 국외 호스팅은 요청한 웹 서비스 제공에 사용됩니다. 수신자 문의는 privacy@vercel.com이며 개인정보 안내, 데이터 처리 조건과 하위 처리업체 목록을 제공합니다. 국외 호스팅을 원하지 않는 경우 웹 서비스 이용을 중단하고 운영자에게 문의할 수 있습니다.

Gmail / Google: 문의 이메일은 운영자의 Gmail로 수신됩니다. 발신주소·본문·첨부자료가 이메일 발송 시 Google의 국제적 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Google의 서비스상 처리와 보관에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 국내 전용 저장을 보장하지 않습니다.

Apple·콘텐츠 제공자: 검색어는 Apple에 전달되며, 오디오·표지는 브라우저가 원본 서버에서 직접 받으므로 IP와 요청 정보가 해당 제공자에게 전달될 수 있습니다. 제공자와 처리 국가·보유기간은 선택한 콘텐츠에 따라 다릅니다. 이용하려는 제공자의 안내를 확인해주세요. 운영자는 검색·재생에 필요한 처리를 넘어 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 삭제·거부·권리 행사

로그인 후 계정 화면의 회원 탈퇴에서 확인 절차를 거치면 계정과 해당 이메일의 인증 기록을 운영 DB에서 삭제합니다. 탈퇴와 브라우저 듣기 기록 삭제는 별개입니다. 계정에 접근할 수 없으면 문의 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

설정의 ‘이 브라우저의 기록 삭제’ 또는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제로 로컬 기록을 지울 수 있습니다. 이 동작은 내려받은 백업, 문의 이메일, 외부 제공자의 기록까지 삭제하지 않습니다. 브라우저 저장 기능을 차단하면 이어 듣기와 기록 보관이 제한될 수 있습니다. 로컬 데이터는 localStorage 삭제 방식으로, 문의 자료는 메일함·휴지통에서 삭제합니다. 제공자의 백업 등은 해당 제공자의 삭제 절차에 따릅니다.

이용자 또는 적법한 대리인은 위 문의 이메일로 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 확인하고 적용 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 해외 이용자의 추가 권리와 감독기관에 대한 불만 제기 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

6. 보호 조치와 변경

사이트 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고, 직접 선택한 파일을 업로드하지 않으며, 사용자 입력은 화면에 텍스트로 표시합니다. 운영자는 운영 계정 접근을 제한하고 필요한 정보만 처리합니다. 개인정보 처리 범위가 바뀌면 시행일과 변경 내용을 공개하고, 법령상 필요한 고지·동의를 적용합니다. 만 16세 미만의 회원가입은 제공하지 않습니다. 해당 연령 미만의 계정이 확인되면 필요한 확인 후 삭제합니다.

Data and purposes

Feeds, settings, playback positions, the last episode and clips are stored in your browser until removed by you or the browser. They are not synced to an account database. Search terms and language are sent through our server to Apple's search API; result caching lasts up to five minutes and is not linked to an account. RSS and transcript addresses are processed to fetch content. Local audio files are not uploaded.

Vercel processes connection and request data for hosting, diagnostics and security. Standard Pro runtime logs are available for one day; this does not describe all provider security or legal retention. No external log drain is configured. Emails you send us are used to answer your request and are scheduled for deletion within 90 days of resolution, except necessary ongoing dispute or legal retention that we explain separately.

Optional email accounts and retention

We use your email, language, internal account identifiers, creation time and latest consent versions/timestamps, including age confirmation, to create and authenticate your account. These records are deleted from the active database when you delete your account. No password or date of birth is collected. Authentication codes expire in ten minutes and after five incorrect attempts. Email, protected code hashes, timestamps, attempt counts and policy versions are removed by an hourly job once older than 24 hours (normally within 25 hours). HMAC-based request-limit identifiers and counters are removed after 48 hours by the same hourly job (normally within 49 hours). Delayed deletion after an outage is completed after recovery. Browser session tokens last seven days; logging out clears that browser's credentials, not all other sessions. Accounts do not sync listening records.

Account processors and international transfer consent

On authentication requests and account use, data is transferred over encrypted connections: Neon, LLC stores the account, authentication and request-limit data above in the United States (us-east-1) for database operations. Active-data retention is stated above; provider recovery copies follow the configured recovery window. The Free plan's default point-in-time recovery window is six hours, not a guarantee that all internal backups disappear then. Deleted data must be removed again after a restore. Resend, Inc. receives your address, code-containing email and delivery information to send authentication messages from Japan and stores email/log data in the United States for 30 days, with seven-day backups. Contact: privacy@resend.com. Vercel Inc. processes email, code, consent and session requests on US servers and passes necessary data to these processors. Its hosting logs follow the separate policy described here. Contact: privacy@vercel.com. Provider privacy and processing terms are linked above.

Separate consent is requested before an authentication email is sent. You can decline by leaving the checkbox unchecked or withdraw by deleting your account or contacting us. Declining prevents account access but does not prevent free playback. Account deletion does not immediately erase provider email logs or backups; contact us for assistance with provider deletion requests. Delete your account from the account screen after logging in; clearing local listening records is separate.

Providers and international processing

Vercel hosts the service; server functions currently run in the United States, with delivery and subprocessors potentially operating elsewhere. See its privacy notice and processing terms linked above. Support email is received in Gmail and subject to Google's international processing and retention practices. Apple receives searches. Audio and artwork providers receive your IP and request data when your browser connects to them; their countries and retention vary by provider.

Choices and rights

Payments and AI are not active. Email accounts are optional and available only to users aged 16 or older. There is no advertising tracker or account-linked listening history. Clear this browser's records in Settings or your browser. This does not delete backups, support emails or provider logs. Blocking storage may prevent resume. Contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal or other privacy rights, or contact your competent supervisory authority. Changes to processing are announced with their effective date.
